How does Livv work?
Once you choose your treatment, you'll fill out a brief online questionnaire about your health history and needs, which will help your provider determine the most suitable treatment plan for you. You will then have a virtual consultation with the doctor to clarify any questions and ensure your plan is best tailored to you.
If your prescription request is approved, the order will be sent to a pharmacy to be fulfilled and shipped.
What pharmacy does Livv use?
Prescriptions are sent to state-licensed and NABP multi-state regulated pharmacies to be processed and shipped to you.

Where is Livv Health available?
We are working to be able to treat patients in all US states. It is important to note that specific treatments may be limited to certain states.
Our platform is not currently available in the following states/regions: AL, AR, MS, and SC, in addition to Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, US Minor Outlying Islands, and the US Virgin Islands.
Is Livv available in Canada or internationally?
Our platform is not available in Canada or internationally.
Do I need insurance to get treatment with Livv?
Nope! We do not require insurance to use our services. Our treatments are designed to be affordable, and most patients decide it's not necessary. However, if you have insurance and want to submit a claim, you can do so directly with your insurance provider.
